This regulation aims to unify the contents of the warranty policy for PT – HOUSE products to ensure the quality of the Company’s products and services.

– Applicable subjects: Applicable to the warranty of windows, interior doors, main doors.
– Scope of application: Applicable to sales and after-sales activities of PT – HOUSE Company.

3.1. Requirements for users
Failure to follow the instructions below will lead to damage to the product at different levels from the appearance to the durability and life of the product, and it is also considered a user error leading to the invalidation of the warranty for part or all of the product.
3.2. General requirements for all PT – HOUSE doors
– Metal accessories, hinges, locks should be regularly checked for smoothness. If necessary, grease can be added to the designated points on those components but in moderate amounts. Normally, the frequency of lubrication is 1 time/2 years, however, depending on the specific working condition of the accessories, the user can increase the frequency of lubrication to make the door work more smoothly and prolong the life of the accessories.
– Do not arbitrarily cut, trim, change the design size, change the paint color, change the components, change the installation location, arbitrarily reinstall, change the manufacturing mark/symbol and product label of PT – HOUSE.
– Do not allow any organization or individual to take responsibility for the warranty for door products under the warranty policy as well as change, edit or add or remove the terms in the warranty policy of PT – HOUSE.
3.3. What should customers do in a warranty situation?
– Contact the Customer Service Department to notify and receive necessary instructions.
– Prepare the product warranty card and create conditions for PT – HOUSE technicians to survey and assess the problem.
3.4. Responsibilities of PT – HOUSE Company
– Receive, investigate and research information from customers to have a solution for each specific case.
– If the product has a defect that is not covered by the warranty, PT – HOUSE will support customers to resolve such defects as requested. The customer will pay for any additional costs (if any). PT – HOUSE reserves the right to make these decisions.
– If the product has a defect that is covered by the warranty, PT – HOUSE will replace or repair the defective part of the product completely free of charge.
– Any changes or amendments to the warranty policy will be made by PT – HOUSE without prior notice, however, the customer’s product warranty rights are still reserved according to the agreement as specified in the Warranty Card at the time of issuance, even in the event that the agreement is different from the current policy at the time of the warranty situation.
